Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Manufacturing to Stock - M2S) Consultant to join our SAP transformation team. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing to Stock (M2S) processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize manufacturing processes, support rollout projects, and contribute to digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the process expert for SAP PP (Manufacturing to Stock) and support the design of global process templates.
Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout activities for M2S processes across multiple business units.
Define, implement, and continuously improve standardized manufacturing processes aligned with business objectives.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP PP solutions.
Drive deployment activities, ensuring successful adoption of standardized M2S processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing processes with supply chain,



procurement, and logistics functions.
Ensure compliance with global standards, governance, and process best practices.
Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation within manufacturing operations, including Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support business transformation programs by recommending process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Conduct user training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and provide ongoing functional support.
Work closely with global stakeholders in an international and collaborative setting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Proven experience working with SAP PP in SAP S/4HANA, particularly within Manufacturing to Stock (M2S) proc
