We are looking for a high-calibre strategy professional to work closely with the leadership team on some of the most important transformation priorities for the organisation.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, working with CXOs, building new initiatives, using data to drive decisions and shaping the future of a listed media company.
Role Summary
The Strategy & CEO Office role will work closely with the CXOs and business leaders across ENIL, Mirchi and Gaana to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, AI-led efficiency programs, data and MIS improvements, board reporting, M&A; evaluation and strategic analysis.
This is not a narrow planning role. It is a business-building role.
The person will be expected to identify opportunities, structure problems, build business cases, work across functions, drive execution and create measurable business impact. The role will evolve based on the person’s capability, ownership and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Initiatives & Business Transformation
Work closely with CXOs and business heads on priority projects across Mirchi, Gaana, digital solutions, events/IPs, influencer marketing, branded content and current growth areas.
2. CEO Office / CXO Support
Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on key business questions, strategic choices and operating priorities.
3. Data, MIS & Decision Systems
Improve business dashboards, MIS systems and operating reviews to enable sharper decision-making.
4. AI-Led Transformation
Design and lead projects to inte
