Job Title: Implementation Lead (Regional Associate Manager) for OneView

Job Overview: The Regional Lead is responsible for managing a small team, overseeing payroll implementation delivery, and serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting up team priorities, ensuring consistency in service delivery, and identifying and addressing training gaps within the team.

Responsibilities:





Team Management:

•Manage a team of Solution Consultants, providing direct supervision and guidance.
•Set team priorities to ensure the timely and accurate completion of goals.
•Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and resolve challenges.
•Portfolio Management:
•Serve as the escalation path for the team, customers, and partners.
•Oversee the Implementation process in collaboration with the project teams and ICPs.
•In collaboration with the PM, leads the Solution consultant's global tasks during the Welcome Phase of the assigned projects.
•Oversee the implementation of payroll processes and ensure consistency in delivery across all Customers and ICPs.
•Involved in project planning and re-planning in collaboration with the PM.
•Training and Development:
•Identify and address training gaps within the team, implementing training programs as needed.
