Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, develop, and manage recent business opportunities across global markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Handle end-to-end international sales activities, including lead generation, negotiations, order processing, and customer relationship management.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business development events.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends within the PPE sector.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Manage pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization with international clients.




Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably in PPE, Industrial Safety Products, or related manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and developing overseas markets.
Strong understanding of export processes, international trade practices, and global market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience handling distributors and channel partners across international markets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
