Role Description The Senior Functional Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This role involves leading end-to-end functional consulting engagements on ERPNext, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design,



configuration, and user training. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to understand their operations, translate business needs into system workflows, and recommend best practices for process optimization. Daily responsibilities include conducting workshops, preparing functional documentation, coordinating with technical teams on customizations, and supporting testing and deployment activities. The Senior Functional Consultant will also mentor junior consultants, contribute to KoreCent Academy initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, identify process gaps, and propose effective ERP solutions.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, requirement workshops, training sessions, and documentation.
