Job Title: Fitness Manager
Accountability: Club Manager
Location: The position is based out of the Company’s breach candy Office. However, the employee may be required to shift to any other office, which the company may establish in India or abroad.
The following provides a detailed description for the position of Fitness Manager. Actual duties performed may vary slightly.
General Position DescriptionThe Fitness Manager greets, assists, and trains members and guests in the gym.
The Fitness Manager monitors and supervises the trainers on the floor. Also performs a variety of administrative and operational duties as necessary.
Duties
· Achieving Personal training and Membership Renewal Sales
· Supervises floor trainers/ personal trainers on the floor
· Hire, train and develop Trainers
· Training and development of trainers and monitoring their service to clients. The success of this will be monitored through quantum of personal training sales and customer retention percentages.
· Technical skill up-gradation through workshops and trainer development
· A high rating by internal audit for processes.
· Keeps the check on timings and attendance of trainers
· Allots personal training clients to personal trainers as per available slots
· Motivates trainers to achieve their targets for Personal Training
· Take responsibilities on behalf of Gym Manager
· Co-ordinates with sales departments to achieve targets
· Using the software for data mining and ensuring reliability, accuracy and timeliness of data on an online real-time basis to help operational efficiency in the organization.
· Making timely reports on sales and quality of personal training as in when asked for.
· Facilitating establishment of training protocol in the gym by having a uniformity and consistency in benchmarks and standards.
· Enhance customer relationship & retention.
