We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Sales & Client Success Executive who can confidently convert enquiries into clients while ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the onboarding journey.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, sales, multitasking, and operational coordination skills, particularly during Canada's busy tax season.

Position Summary

As the Sales & Client Success Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.



Your primary responsibility is to convert enquiries into paying clients while providing exceptional service throughout the client journey.
You will manage a high volume of client interactions, identify client needs, explain our services, prepare quotations where applicable, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure work is assigned and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Respond promptly to enquiries received via phone, email, website, WhatsApp, and social media.
Convert enquiries into paying clients through professional and consultative selling.
Explain tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and business services clearly and confidently.
Build trust with clients by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate services.
Follow up consistently on leads until conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update the sales pipeline.
