Positions Supervised: Slimming Therapists, Dietician
Experience: 4–7 years (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)
Education: Diploma in Clinical Nutrition / Food & Nutrition / Msc chemistry / Bsc

Role Overview
Drive Centre Category sales (for Weight Management & Product), Technical inputs, customer excellence, profitability & ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness while leading the Slimming team to deliver exceptional service

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Operational Excellence
1. Ensure secure handling & maintenance of all equipment of the Slimming section.
2. Monitor & review progress of clients after each slimming session.
3. Ensure suitable corrective actions wrt all Unsuccessful Outcomes wrt clients & adherence to Escalation Matrix to deliver the desired outcomes (including, if required, to the Corporate Technical team for prompt & timely assistance).
4. Ensure slimming cards are filled with client signature, comments, & photographs.



Also ensure all consent forms wherever required are duly signed by the customers.
5. Monitor & ensure the consumption of products as per SOPs (while ensuring zero pilferages).
5. Maintain Slimming staff individual productivity as per company standards.
6. Ensure cleanliness of the Slimming section, therapy rooms, & Nursing station.
7. Supervise maintenance of all Slimming appliances (& inform CH/Corporate about machines requiring repair).
8. Ensure Slimming stock Ordering at the Centre & Physical verification of stock as per defined guidelines. Follow policy of FIFO for product consumption.

Sales Excellence
1. Achieve the sales & execution targets of Slimming Services (including targets for self).
2. Improve sales of slimming packages through up-selling, while cross-selling of beauty packages.
3. Plan & execute sales events in coordination with Corporate.
