Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Particle Board products.
Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the territory.
Increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
Promote Particle Board products to furniture manufacturers, contractors, and interior designers.
Channel Management
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Ensure proper stock availability at distributor and dealer levels.
Implement company sales schemes and promotional activities.
Monitor dealer performance and support them in increasing sales.
Market Development
Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities.
Organize carpenter meets, dealer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Increase product awareness among carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Share market feedback and customer requirements with management.
Collection & Reporting
Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and distributors.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain territory sales data and performance tracking.
