About Xeliport
Xeliport is building the operating system for cross-border commerce.
We help Indian D2C brands expand internationally by bringing compliance, logistics, fulfilment, marketplaces, and cross-border payments into a single platform. Instead of stitching together multiple vendors, brands use Xeliport to launch and scale globally through one partner.
We're an early-stage startup building from first principles, and we're looking for our first marketing hire.
The Role
We're looking for someone to build Xeliport's growth engine from the ground up.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a large team or execute someone else's roadmap. You'll work directly with the founders to define our positioning, build our content strategy, run growth experiments, and establish Xeliport as the go-to platform for Indian brands expanding globally.
We're intentionally looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience.
Not because we want someone junior, but because we want someone hungry. Someone who's ready to take ownership far earlier than most companies would allow.




This role comes with meaningful equity because we want someone who's excited about building a company—not just joining one.
What You'll Own
Define and execute Xeliport's overall growth strategy.
Build and own our content engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, and the blog.
Create editorial calendars and manage the entire content pipeline from idea to publication.
Brief and manage freelancers, designers, writers, creators, and agencies while maintaining a high quality bar.
Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Build landing pages, test messaging, optimise conversion rates, and improve CAC.
Analyse performance, identify opportunities, and continuously run growth experiments.
Build the systems, workflows, and dashboards that marketing runs on.
