We are looking for a hands-on, product-minded Technical Lead with 5–10 years of experience to take complete ownership of our B2B SaaS product — from server architecture to production deployment. This isn’t a management-only role. You will write code, make architecture decisions, and be the single most significant technical voice in the room when it comes to the product.

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and product — collaborating with business, design, and marketing stakeholders who understand the domain deeply, while you lead all things technical. The ideal person for this role has built SaaS products before, is fluent across the full stack, and is excited by the challenge of building something that’s genuinely useful to an industry they’re now becoming part of.

SaaS Product — End-to-End Ownership
Architect, build, and scale the full SaaS product — from backend infrastructure to user-facing interface
Own all technical layers: APIs, frontend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and data systems
Drive core platform decisions — technology choices,



system design, and product evolution
Collaborate directly with the product and business team to translate domain knowledge into software
Backend & API Development
Build production-grade APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django preferred
d)Design scalable data models, service integrations, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Ensure systems are secure, performant, and built for long-term maintainability
Frontend Development
Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.
Work closely with design and product stakeholders to deliver clean, usable interfaces
Maintain modular, reusable frontend architecture that scales with the product.
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
Manage and optimise AWS cloud environments — performance, reliability, and co
