About the Role:
The ideal candidate brings experience from managed services or enterprise support environments, demonstrating strong composure and analytical thinking during high-pressure, customer-facing escalations. They maintain a structured approach to troubleshooting, produce transparent technical documentation,



and possess a solid understanding of ITIL practices. A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and ownership in resolving complex technical issues is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Azure Architecture & PaaS Resource Engineering
Architect and design cloud‑native applications using Azure PaaS services such as:
Azure App Services
Azure Functions
Azure API Management
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Design and optimize PaaS solutions considering scalability, resiliency, DR, and performance.
Implement best practices for API gateways, microservices, containers, and event-driven architecture.
Integrate PaaS services with data platforms, identity services, and VNET‑integrated components.
Configure secure access patterns such as Managed Identities, private endpoints, and service endpoints.
