Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of insurance products, with a focus on trucking and related coverages. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, conducting consultations to understand coverage needs,



preparing and presenting insurance proposals, and following up to close sales. The Sales Specialist will respond to inquiries, assist clients with policy questions, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales and basic claims-support process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with product offerings and regulatory requirements.
