Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Introducing Broker (IB) at Trade W. The IB will focus on identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners interested in multi-asset CFD trading, including forex, cryptocurrency, stocks, indices, metals, and commodities.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, presenting Trade W’s platform features, guiding new clients through account opening and onboarding, and supporting them in understanding platform tools and services. The IB will monitor client activity, provide ongoing support and education, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure a positive trading experience. The role also involves developing localized outreach strategies, tracking performance metrics, and adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines in relevant markets.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and manage customers assigned by the company.
Identify customers with the potential to become IB Partners.
Introduce the IB Partner Program and convert suitable candidates.
Guide new partners through onboarding, training and activation.
Monitor partner activity, client conversion and business performance.
