We are seeking a Data Analyst, Operating Model Transformation to support the Internal Consulting team of Aon Business Services (ABS) on the design and delivery of a multi-year strategic operating model transformation. Based in India and reporting to the Director of Internal Consulting, this role provides analysis, insights and reporting needed to design, implement and monitor Aon’s future operating model. This role will partner closely with internal consultants, project managers and functional stakeholders to turn raw data into explicit, actionable outcomes.

What the day will look like
Data Collection, Analysis & Insight Generation
Work with transformation, operations, and technology teams to understand required datasets (finance, operations, client, workforce, etc.)
Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple systems and sources, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand current‑state performance, drivers, and pain points (e.g., capacity utilization, cost-to-serve, FTE allocation)
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate them into clear insights and implications for decision-makers
Support implementation of common data standards and controls across the transformation program
