You’ll Make a Difference By

You will ensure implementation of approved accounting policies and procedures for assigned organizational unit(s), that match respective legal requirements - (i.e. HGB, IFRS, GAAP).
You will collaborate closely with our partners and customers to clarify cases as a critical issue point and analyze and drive innovation and customer centricity throughout the organization.




You will be responsible for ensuring critical accounting practices are implemented and review any areas for improvement and as well implement them.
You will work closely in alignment with Corporate Governance teams and actively seek feedback and drive compliant processes.
You will ensure internal controls are in place, and accounting aligns with all external regulations. Collaborate with internal and external Auditors as needed.
You will handle large team of professionals and support staƯ in assigned organizational settings, understand and drive digitalization topics pertaining to accounting processes.
You will be responsible for ensuring adequate quality standards and Business Continuity plans as defined by the respective corporate teams in Siemens GBS and ensure we are always compliant and actively working on observations and recommendations.
