This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scaling Meta ads, analyzing performance, testing creatives, and working closely with founders in a fast-moving D2C environment.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital platforms.
The person will be responsible for:
scaling Meta campaigns
improving ROAS
managing budgets
analyzing campaign performance
coordinating closely with graphic designers and content teams to improve creatives
This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who understands D2C growth deeply.





Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and other KPIs
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms
Work closely with creative team for ad creatives and hooks
Continuously test current audiences, creatives, copy, and strategies
Analyze campaign performance and optimize daily
Understand customer behavior and buying psychology
Coordinate with founders and internal teams for launches and campaigns
Track website performance and conversion funnels
Help improve retention and repeat purchase performance
Generate performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements
Experience in Meta Ads/ Google Ads
Strong understanding of D2C/ecommerce marketing
Comfortable working with monthly budgets of 10-15L
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Good understanding of creatives and what converts
