Shopflo started with a simple belief - checkout is the most under-innovated part of e-commerce. We built India’s checkout-as-a-service platform for D2C brands, helping over 1,000 merchants improve conversion rates, reduce fraud in COD orders, and deliver a seamless buying experience. The Role

The Growth PM at Shopflo will support and drive product-led growth initiatives across the checkout and post-purchase journey. This role focuses on improving merchant revenue outcomes by optimizing acquisition-to-conversion flows, reducing drop-offs, increasing prepaid share, and improving repeat behavior.





You will work at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, helping identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and ship high-quality features that directly impact GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and retention for D2C brands.

This role is execution-heavy, data-driven, and deeply cooperative with engineering.

What You Will Do

Growth Strategy & Execution

Support the growth roadmap across checkout, payments, upsells, RTO reduction, and post-purchase experiences.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, prepaid share, AOV, repeat purchases, and merchant revenue.
Translate customer insights, merchant feedback, and data signals into clear product requirements.
Help prioritize the growth backlog based on impact, effort, and business value.

Data Analysis & Experimentation

Track and analyze key growth metrics such as conversion rate, funnel drop-offs, AOV, prepaid vs COD mix, repeat rate, and feature adoption.
