Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and persuasive Telecaller to join our Amaya a premium active senior living community by Vera Vita Living LLP thoughtfully designed for a generation redefining what it means to grow older. By bringing together hospitality, healthcare, wellness, community and thoughtfully designed residences, Amaya creates an environment where residents enjoy independence, purpose and complete peace of mind. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for prospective buyers and their families. Your main objective is to qualify leads, build rapport with senior citizens and adult children looking for senior care/living solutions, explain project details, and schedule quality site visits for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers using databases, digital lead campaigns, and walk-in inquiries.
Qualify potential leads by understanding their timeline, budget, living preferences, and special care requirements.
Communicate details of real estate projects,



with a strong focus on senior living amenities (accessibility, security, medical assistance, lifestyle amenities).
Convince and guide interested prospects to book property/community site visits.
Coordinate schedules between prospects and field sales managers for site tours.
Maintain regular follow-up schedules via calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep leads warm and engaged.
Log call details, interaction outcomes, and lead stages accurately into the CRM system.
Manage lead pipelines efficiently to minimize response times for current inquiries.
Handle inbound inquiries politely and answer initial questions regarding pricing, floor plans, and amenities.
Address client concerns with high empathy and active listening, especially when interacting with elderly callers or multi-generational families.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele ca
