Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Manager – Content & Curriculum Architecture with 10+ years of deep-tech experience. This is not a traditional university role; it is the driving force behind an elite 'Industrial Hardening Center' designed exclusively for B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. graduates.

You will lead the design of agile, high-intensity industrial sprint programs (3, 6, 9, and 12 months) that bridge the gap between academic theory and high-complexity industrial application.



Acting as the critical link between world-class research and commercial productization, you will ensure our graduates become the "Day-1 Productive" talent demanded by global deep-tech giants. This role demands a rare blend of academic leadership, industry depth, up-to-date LMS architecture skills, and startup agility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Curriculum Architecture & LMS Deployment:

Sprint-Based Design: Architect modular programs where the sprint duration dictates the technical complexity of the systems a student/trainee can independently engineer across Aerospace, Space, Semiconductors, Health-tech, AI, Advanced Manufacturing, and Cybersecurity.
LMS Operationalization: Spearhead the setup, configuration, and management of a highly technical Learning Management System (LMS). Translate complex proprietary industry data into structured, trackable digital learning pathways.
