Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Field Marketing & Hospital Referral Associate in a healthcare setting. The associate will plan and execute field marketing activities to build brand awareness and drive patient referrals from clinics, hospitals,



and healthcare partners. Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing referral sources, conducting regular outreach visits, organizing small events or information sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals and community organizations. The role involves tracking leads, reporting on referral performance, supporting hospital campaigns, and providing clear communication about hospital services to stakeholders.
