As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will partner directly with customers to understand business workflows, configure and deploy platform capabilities, develop custom integrations, and automate complex processes. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to transform recurring customer requirements into scalable product enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world technical challenges, thrives in rapid-paced startup environments,



and takes end-to-end ownership from solution design through successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with customers to understand business processes, operational workflows, and technical requirements.
Configure, deploy, and customize platform capabilities to meet customer-specific use cases.
Design and develop integrations with CRM platforms, third-party applications, APIs, webhooks, messaging platforms, and external business systems.
Build custom backend services, workflow automations, APIs, and data pipelines to support customer implementations.
Troubleshoot integration issues, production incidents, and deployment challenges while ensuring system reliability and performance.
Lead customer onboarding, implementation planning, testing, and go-live activities with a strong focus on quality and stability.
