What We Are Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner.
Hands-on experience supporting APAC countries and working with cross-cultural stakeholders.
Experience leading or mentoring a small HR team.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and APAC HR practices.
Exposure to APAC employment laws, visa/immigration processes, and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
Robust analytical skills with experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification preferre
