Change & Transformation Consultant/Manager
Role Summary
The Change & Transformation Consultant will support clients in delivering people-led business transformation, organizational change management, culture enablement, and adoption programs across complex enterprise initiatives.
The role requires hands-on consulting and change management experience to work closely with client business teams, HR, technology teams, operations leaders, and end users to build readiness, enable behavioral change, improve adoption, and support measurable transformation outcomes, including technology-led transformation and change programmes.

Banking & Financial Services (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Adoption
Develop and execute client-specific change management, adoption, and engagement plans for business transformation, operating model, workforce, culture, and technology-led change initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder connects, readiness checks, employee engagement sessions, manager briefings,



and user feedback discussions to understand change impacts and employee concerns.

Transformation & Technology-led Change Support
Support planning and execution of business, digital, workforce, operating model, culture, and technology-led transformation programmes.
Assess change impacts across people, process, technology, roles, culture, ways of working, governance, and collaboration behaviours.
Develop transformation roadmaps, change impact assessments, implementation plans, governance updates, issue logs, and leadership reporting aligned to client programme priorities.
Support adoption measurement, advantages realisation, stakeholder alignment, and transition to business-as-usual ownership across change initiatives.

Consulting & Client Delivery
Lead change and adoption workstreams, manage day-to-day OCM activities, and coordinate with client and internal teams to ensure high-quality rollout and transformati
