Site Preparation and Layout:
Site engineers are responsible for preparing the site for construction, including surveys, levelling, and setting out.
Quality Control and Safety:
They ensure that construction work meets quality standards and that all safety regulations are followed.
Communication and Collaboration:
Site engineers communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
Resource Management:
They are responsible for managing resources, including materials, equipment,
and labor, to ensure they are available when needed.
Documentation:
Site engineers maintain accurate records of all project activities, including progress reports, work orders, and change orders.
