Job Overview:

The Wealth Marketing Lead will drive the marketing agenda for Neo’s Wealth Management business across the Multi-Family Office, UHNI and HNI segments. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will translate business priorities into focused marketing plans, campaigns, propositions and client engagement programmes. The role will work closely with Wealth leadership, product teams, regional teams and Relationship Managers, while drawing on the specialist capabilities of Brand, Corporate Communications, Client Experience, Events and Marketing Intelligence. The role requires strong commercial judgement, deep client orientation and the ability to deliver high quality marketing in a complex, relationship-led business.
