Role Overview
MOSAIC Hospitality is seeking an Area Director of Revenue Management based in Mumbai to oversee pricing strategy and revenue performance across a portfolio of independent and lifestyle hotels within the US and Caribbean markets.
This role works closely with US-based leadership and property teams to manage demand strategy, optimize distribution channels,



and maintain strong forecasting discipline across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead pricing and revenue strategy across multiple hotel assets
• Oversee demand forecasting, pickup analysis, and market intelligence
• Manage distribution strategy across OTAs, brand.com, CRS, and channel partners
• Monitor booking pace, competitive positioning, and rate strategy
• Conduct RevMAX meetings and commercial performance reviews with property teams
• Support monthly reporting, market analysis, and portfolio performance tracking
• Partner with US leadership teams to align commercial strategy and execution

Qualifications
• 3–4 years of hotel revenue management experience within the US hotel market
• Experience supporting multiple properties or a regional portfolio preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Hilton Systems + Indy Sysyems (StayNTouch preferred, SynXis, Lighthouse, or TravelClick
