Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer (Data Modeler) with strong expertise in Data Modeling, Medallion Architecture, PySpark, Databricks, and SQL to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data models and data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in dimensional modeling, data normalization, data quality, and profiling, along with hands-on knowledge of modern data engineering practices.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality data solutions while leveraging AI-driven productivity tools and adhering to data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-scale data models to support business and analytical requirements.
Implement and maintain Medallion Architecture for modern data platforms.
Design and optimize dimensional models and normalized data structures.
Develop scalable data engineering solutions using PySpark and Databricks.




Build and optimize complex SQL queries for data transformation and analysis.
Perform data quality checks and data profiling to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve data modeling and engineering efficiency.
Work with at least one enterprise Data Modeling Tool.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
Ensure adherence to data governance standards, including data lineage and metadata management.
Follow industry best practices for scalable and maintainable data engineering solutions.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Data Modeling.
Strong knowledge of Medallion Architecture.
Expertise in Dimensional Modeling.
Strong understanding of Data Normalization techniques.
Hands-on experience with at least one Data Modeling Tool.
Robust experience in PySpark.
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
