Role Brief
The Content Strategy & Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for driving content excellence across influencer marketing campaigns by ensuring every piece of creator content aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy,
campaign execution, and quality control. The Manager works closely with Client Servicing, Influencer Relations, Brand Solutions, and creators to develop strategic content directions, review deliverables, provide actionable feedback, and maintain consistency across campaigns.
In addition to content ownership, this role contributes to process improvements, quality frameworks, and creative best practices, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently while consistently exceeding client expectations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Content Strategy & Creative Direction – Develop content strategies and creative guidelines based on campaign objectives, target audience, platform trends, and brand positioning. Ensure creators are equipped with explicit and actionable briefs that inspire authentic, high-performing content.
