Role Overview
Indegene is looking for a strategic, growth-oriented marketing leader to join the Global Growth Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving marketing-led growth across priority global accounts by bringing together Account-Based Marketing (ABM), executive engagement, integrated campaigns, and data-driven market development.
Operating at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Business leadership,
the Senior Marketing Manager will develop personalized engagement strategies that strengthen executive relationships, accelerate pipeline, and unlock long-term growth opportunities.
The role requires treating every strategic account as a market in itself—combining customer intelligence, deep stakeholder understanding, and integrated marketing programs to influence complex buying decisions across global life sciences organizations.
This is a high-impact, market-facing role that partners closely with Client Partners, Business Units, Sales leadership, and global marketing teams to translate business priorities into measurable commercial outcomes.
