Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad and is responsible for driving sales performance for residential and commercial projects. This position involves managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. The Sales Manager will oversee and support the sales team, set and track sales targets, and develop strategies to expand the customer base.



Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with marketing for campaigns, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and brokers, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring excellent customer service before and after the sale. The role also requires close collaboration with project, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely documentation, collections, and handovers.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field, with strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and use data to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining project features, pricing, and terms to diverse customers.
