OPERATIONS MANAGER - FMCG (Operational Excellence & Governance)
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
MBA / PGDM in Operations, Quality Management, General Management, Business Administration, or Project Management will be highly preferred.

Required Experience:
6–12 years of experience leading Operational Excellence, People Management, Process Governance, Quality Management Systems, Multi-department Operations, and Organizational Performance Management.
