Role Description
Deliver end-to-end Contract Management support by drafting, negotiating low-to-medium complexity contracts, and meet daily delivery commitments while ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and seamless collaboration through effective communication and teamwork.
Key Result Areas
Contract Management
Draft, review and negotiate low-to-medium complexity contracts—including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs—with a focus on accuracy, turnaround time & risk coverage.
Maintain a >98% quality score in internal reviews, and deliver within agreed SLAs.
Compliance & Benchmarking
Ensure contracts adhere to compliance standards & internal checklists.
Regularly review clauses against similar executed agreements to identify at least 1-2 improvement suggestions per month.
Flag deviations accurately & timely.
Risk Analysis & Mitigation
