Required Knowledge & Skills

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving under pressure, and team motivation.
- College Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from an accredited college in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management,



Food Service Administration, or Business.
- Experience:7 to 14 years of proven work experience as an F&B; supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms (like OpenTable), and basic MS Office/Excel.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of food and beverage service trends, wine/spirit pairing, and menu costing
