Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead and supervise the dining service in our hotel restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, coordinate with the service team, and uphold high hospitality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Service & Guest Experience:

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure special requests are met.
- Provide recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
- Address guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Train, guide, and supervise restaurant staff, including waiters and stewards.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance to maintain service quality.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure tables are set up properly with clean tableware and correct settings.




- Monitor food presentation and quality before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

Sales & Revenue Contribution:

- Promote upselling of food and beverages to maximize revenue.
- Handle billing procedures and ensure accurate order processing.
- Assist in executing restaurant promotions and special events.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and order management.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
