We are looking for a Business Excellence Lead – RMG to join our team in Pune .

Role Details:

- Position: Business Excellence Lead – RMG
- Experience: 6–8 Years
- Location: Pune
- Work Mode: In-office

About the Role The role will lead RMG outcomes end-to-end, with a solid focus on workforce planning, predictive fulfilment, utilization, analytics, process excellence, and automation . You will be responsible for:

- Owning workforce planning and predictive fulfilment models.
- Driving fulfilment rates, timelines, and utilization across the organization.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders on fulfilment operations.
- Enhancing processes, tools, analytics, and reporting maturity.
- Mentoring senior team members and strengthening the overall RMG function.
- Driving scalable solutions through automation, data, and analytics.

What We're Looking For

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management / Workforce Management / related functions.




- Strong ownership of function-level outcomes, metrics, and SLAs.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Experience in IT Services , preferably in organizations with 300–2,000+ associates.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, BI, or advanced analytics would be an advantage.
