Role Description The Residential Senior Portfolio Manager – Real Estate will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring strong asset performance and high-quality tenant experiences. This full time, on-site role is based in Koramangala and involves managing leases, monitoring occupancy and rental yields, and coordinating with builders, brokers, and internal teams to optimize portfolio value. The role includes reviewing and negotiating lease terms, tracking lease milestones, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The portfolio manager will analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, support investment decisions,



and implement strategies to reduce risk and improve returns. Collaboration with finance, operations, and technology teams to align portfolio strategy with India Realty’s marketplace objectives is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications Strong Property Management experience with a focus on residential portfolios, including tenant relations and asset performance monitoring.

Proficiency in Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing Leases and related documentation.

Solid understanding of Real Estate fundamentals, including valuation, market analysis, and regulatory aspects.

Experience in Commercial Real Estate is beneficial, especially in mixed-use or diversified portfolios.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Koramangala, with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Comfort with technology-driven tools, data analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to make informed decisions under time constraints.
