Role Description The Residential Associate Portfolio Manager – Real Estate is a full-time, in office role based in Koramangala. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, including monitoring occupancy, rental performance, and tenant satisfaction.

The associate portfolio manager will coordinate lease-related activities, support lease negotiations, and ensure accurate lease documentation and compliance. Daily responsibilities include working closely with property owners, internal teams, and external partners to optimize asset performance, manage property-level issues,



and maintain high operational standards. The role also includes preparing portfolio reports, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategies that enhance portfolio value within India Realty’s integrated real estate platform.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Property Management and residential asset operations.
- Proficiency in Lease Administration and practical understanding of Leases and related documentation.
- Solid background in Real Estate with exposure to residential and Commercial Real Estate environments.
- Ability to analyze rental performance, market trends, and portfolio data to support decision-making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with owners, tenants, and partners.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with technology-driven real estate platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in portfolio or property management within the real estate sector is preferred.
