Role Description The Reservations Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

The Reservations

Executive will handle daily reservation activities, including responding to inquiries, processing bookings across multiple channels, updating availability and rates, and ensuring accurate guest information in the system. The role involves coordinating with property operations and housekeeping teams to confirm readiness for arrivals and departures, and supporting guests with pre-arrival and post-booking requests.

Executive will also assist with resolving booking issues, maintaining documentation, and contributing to a smooth and efficient reservation workflow. Regular interaction with guests, partners, and internal stakeholders is expected to uphold Manpeksha’s standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, guest relations, and communication skills to manage inquiries and bookings effectively.

Proficiency with reservation systems, property management software, and basic MS Office tools.

Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple bookings and channels.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address booking issues and guest concerns calmly.

Comfort with technology and data entry, including working with channel managers and online travel platforms.

Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or property management reservations is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
