Role OverviewAs a Research Intern, you'll dive into the heart of India's interior design ecosystem by engaging with firms nationwide. This remote role involves phone/video outreach, data analysis, and insights gathering to support our platform's growth. Weekly in-person meetings in Bangalore will help align with the teamtravel support provided where needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach to interior design firms across India via calls, emails, or video chats to collect details on their projects, portfolios, and services.

- Analyze firm work samples, quotations, pricing structures, timelines, and client feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

- Compile research data into organized reports, spreadsheets, or dashboards for internal use.

- Assist in verifying firm credentials, categorizing services, and updating our platform database.





- Support ad-hoc tasks like competitor analysis or market benchmarking in the interior design space.

Requirements

- Current student or recent graduate in business, marketing, design, or a related field.

- Solid communication skills with confidence in professional phone/video interactions.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis; basic knowledge of tools like Canva or Airtable is a plus.

- Passion for interior design, research, or startupsprior exposure to the industry is advantageous but not required.

- Reliable internet setup for remote work; ability to travel to Bangalore weekly (1 day).

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations independently
