We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Research & Development team. The candidate will support formulation development, laboratory testing, analytical studies, and product improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Candidates with prior experience in CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) or CRO (Contract Research Organization) environments will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Development
- Support formulation development and product improvement projects.
- Perform laboratory experiments and evaluate formulation performance.
- Assist in developing new products and optimizing existing formulations.
Laboratory Operations
- Conduct routine laboratory testing and experimental work.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Analytical Testing
- Perform analytical testing using standard laboratory techniques and instruments.
- Interpret experimental results and prepare technical reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of research findings and observations.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Support validation studies and stability testing activities.
- Maintain laboratory documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Record experimental data accurately.
- Prepare technical reports, protocols, and research documentation.
- Present findings to the R&D; team and management when required.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development teams.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities where applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical Research & Development.
- Experience in formulation development and laboratory operations.
- Prior experience in CDMO/CRO organizations will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of analytical techniques and quality systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Qualification Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
