Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support scalable growth

Build and refine HR processes and people practices that are efficient, compliant, and scalable

10–15+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner





Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced organizations, preferably Ecommerce companies

Solid experience in leadership hiring and talent strategy

Expertise in performance management and organizational effectiveness

Experience in manager enablement, coaching, and employee engagement

Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce planning

Experience building scalable HR processes and people practices

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
