Job Title: Financial Analyst Department: Finance & Accounting Industry Type: Insurance Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Finance About the Team The Global Carrier Management Team (GCM&T;) is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financials, managing statutory capital requirements, and analyzing key business drivers for Americas P&C; Reinsurance entities. The position reports to the Team Lead, Americas GCM&T;, based in Bangalore, and involves frequent interaction with both local and US-based management.

Key Responsibilities - Produce and analyze quarterly and annual financial results on a US Statutory basis

- Support month-end/quarter-end close schedules and ensure timely deliverables
- Participate in statutory reporting and regulatory filings (NAIC, RBC)
- Prepare internal and external audit deliverables
- Involve in financial planning, ORSA modelling, and ad-hoc analysis
- Drive and implement process improvements
- Perform detailed reviews and maintain high-quality work standards
- Support team during peak periods and contribute to a collaborative work culture




- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications & Experience - Postgraduate degree in Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or analysis
- Knowledge of financial services is essential; insurance/reinsurance experience preferred
- Familiarity with USGAAP and statutory reporting; NAIC experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage Key Skills and Attributes - Strong analytical and numerical skills
