Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Unnao. The Reporter will research and gather information on Nutty Village’s activities, including work with farmers and SHGs, and turn this material into clear, engaging stories for various channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, attending local events, verifying facts, and producing written and multimedia content that highlights community impact, ethical practices, and product journeys. The role involves collaborating with communications and marketing teams to align stories with organizational goals while maintaining journalistic integrity. The Reporter is expected to manage deadlines, maintain organized notes and records, and adapt content for different formats and audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong reporting and news writing skills, with the ability to gather facts and craft accurate, compelling stories.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear interviewing and audience-focused messaging.
- Solid writing abilities across formats, from feature articles to short updates and social media copy.
- Basic multimedia skills (e.g., photos, short videos, or audio clips) to support digital storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site in Unnao, including field visits to farmers and SHGs.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
