Role Description The Reporter is a full-time, in office role based in Sambalpur, responsible for covering and documenting the activities of Team VEERss Racing. Day-to-day tasks include gathering information from engineering, operations, and event teams; conducting interviews; and writing clear, engaging news articles and reports about vehicle development, testing sessions, and competition participation. The Reporter will create multimedia content such as photos, short videos,



and social media posts to showcase the team’s progress and achievements.

The role also involves maintaining consistent communication across internal and external channels, collaborating with team members to ensure accurate storytelling, and meeting deadlines for regular updates and features.

Qualifications

Strong reporting and news writing skills, with the ability to research, verify facts, and produce accurate coverage.

Effective communication and writing abilities, including the capacity to explain technical concepts in accessible language.

Basic multimedia skills, such as photography, videography, and content creation for digital platforms.

Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Interest in engineering, motorsports, or automotive fields; prior experience in journalism or content creation is an advantage.

Relevant education in journalism, communications, media studies, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
