Job Title: Vulnerability Management Pre-Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Pre-Sales Consultant to support enterprise customers by designing and positioning Vulnerability Management solutions. The role involves customer discovery, solution design, technical presentations, proposal development, SOW creation, effort estimation, and supporting the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tenable, Rapid7, Tanium, and a solid understanding of vulnerability management, remediation, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer discovery workshops to understand business and security requirements.
Design Vulnerability Management solutions and remediation strategies.
Lead technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer discussions.
Prepare solution architecture, proposals, SOWs, effort estimates, and RFP/RFI responses.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to develop scalable security solutions.




Recommend best practices for vulnerability assessment, risk prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and vulnerability management technologies.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

6–10 years of experience in Cybersecurity with 2–3 years in Security Presales or Solution Consulting.
Hands-on experience with Tenable, Rapid7 (InsightVM), Tanium, and vulnerability management.
Good understanding of CVEs, CVSS, risk-based remediation, patch management, and security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
Experience with CyberArk, Okta, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, TruOps, Cyberfusion, and Power BI is preferred.
Robust communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
