We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-store retail operations, implementing standardized processes, and leading high-performing teams. Experience in new store openings and café operations will be a strong advantage.
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless store performance, maintaining operational standards, optimizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all locations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities




Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and company policies.
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing action plans.
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and frontline teams to build a customer-centric culture.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and compliance across all stores.
Monitor operational costs, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall store profitability.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability and minimize inventory losses.
Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational metrics to make data-driven business decisions.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve operational processes.
