Role Description Chief Business Officer - Events will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the Events Business, driving sustainable growth, market leadership, and profitability in domestic and international markets. The incumbent will own the end-to-end events ecosystem,



from conceptualization and creation of intellectual properties (IPs) to commercialization, execution, audience engagement, and client success.

Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Business Strategy and Growth
· Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for the events business, aligned with organizational objectives.
· Identify new market opportunities, audience segments, industry verticals, and event formats to drive expansion and market leadership.
· Own the P&L; for the events business and drive revenue growth across sponsorships, partnerships, ticketing, delegate sales, exhibitor participation, and ancillary revenue streams.
· Build and nurture relationships with sponsors, brands, industry associations, government bodies, media partners, and strategic stakeholders.
