About Karma Maths.

Karma Maths is one-to-one maths tutoring built on one promise: maths that finally clicks. Not a mass tuition mill, not a hobby course in advanced maths. One student, one tutor, the child's actual school syllabus, taught at the child's actual pace. Parents come to us tired: batch tuitions where their child sat silent, marks that will not move, a kid who has decided they are "bad at maths." One-to-one is how that gets fixed, because nobody hides in a class of one.

The role.

You own enrollments. Not support them, own them. You will personally sell in the first months, and simultaneously build the machine and the team that outgrows you: pipeline, playbook, counsellors, cadence,



referral engine, school and community channels.

This is a player-coach seat. If you want to only manage, this is not it. If you want to only close, this is not it either. We want someone who closes on Monday and builds the system that lets three other people close by Friday.

What you will own:

The number. Monthly enrollments, from first conversation to fee paid.

The demo-to-enrollment engine. Free trial or demo class is where this product sells itself. You own the funnel around it: booking, tutor match, show-up rate, follow-up, close.

The pipeline as a system. One shared board, every parent tracked, nothing living in anyone's head or personal phone.

The playbook. Scripts, objection handling, follow-up cadence, written down so a recent counsellor is productive in week one.

The team. Hire, train and coach [2 to 4] counsellors as volumes justify, and run the daily rhythm that keeps them on target
