We are looking for a senior, entrepreneurial finance and investment qualified who can help build our investor network, strengthen financial reporting and identify strategic capital and partnership opportunities.

Role Overview: Purple Heron is seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive – Investments, Corporate Finance & Strategic Growth to lead investor outreach, fundraising preparation,



financial strategy, valuation, M&A; evaluation and strategic relationship development.

The selected executive will work closely with the founders and leadership team. The person will be responsible for continuously identifying relevant investors, family offices, venture capital funds, private equity firms, healthcare funds and strategic partners.
This is not limited to arranging meetings. The executive must take end-to-end ownership of researching opportunities, preparing investment material, approaching investors, maintaining relationships and following up until discussions progress toward a meaningful outcome.
